Consultation Guidelines
Dear enquirer, welcome!
Before reading these Consultation Guidelines, please know that consulting me may incur a fee. If you are in financial difficulty, tell me and I can waive all consultation fees. Or, if that makes you uncomfortable, you may pay whatever amount feels right to you rather than following my standard fee. But whether you pay or not, please save my time, because I am busy and truly have little time for small talk. Also, if the condition is too serious for me to help, I will not keep your fee; I will return it in full to your account. Please understand that there are times when even I cannot help.
Perhaps you follow me only because a friend recommended me or you happened to come across one of my articles. I have spent years writing, in my spare time, over two thousand articles totaling millions of words on TCM anti-cancer treatment, and I keep writing. I hope you will read more of my work and understand me fully before consulting. You can read more at my personal website, www.zhouzhiyuan.com, or on my WeChat official account, zhouzhiyuan360.
Please read the relevant articles carefully before consulting; do not ask questions whose answers you can easily find on my website or official account. This avoids wasting my time and your money.
Payment is required before consultation. WeChat text consultation is 100 RMB per 10 minutes (under 10 minutes charged as 10; overtime requires renewed payment). WeChat voice or video consultation, as well as in-person consultation, is 200 RMB per 15 minutes (under 15 minutes charged as 15; overtime billed at 200 RMB per additional 15 minutes). Fees may be waived or reduced for impoverished patients, but I cannot offer free consultation to everyone (after all, I too must make a living); please understand. In-person consultation follows the same fee as voice or video.
Please consult within my working hours. From 2022 to the end of 2028 I am in full-time study. From 2023 to September 2024 I temporarily accept consultations only daily from 8 a.m. to 12 noon (including weekends); at other times I generally do not reply. Consultation hours after September 2024 will be adjusted then according to circumstances. If this window does not suit you and you wish to consult at another time, please book in advance and I will arrange it as possible. Please be direct; this is not a chat. In recent years I am a full-time student with heavy study and work demands and tight time, so I have no time for small talk—please understand. Please be civil and respectful on both sides.
I have always lived a secluded life and do not like making friends. With too many patients seeking help, I have no time to discuss cancer-unrelated matters with ordinary readers. If you are not a cancer patient or relative seeking help, please do not add my WeChat or take up my time.
Because there are so many enquirers, I have written the following consultation rules; please read them patiently.
To protect patient safety, consultations use real names. Please provide truthful information; lives are at stake and responsibility is heavy. Enquiries with false information or incomplete materials will not be answered. The required information is as follows (if you have inpatient records, you may photograph the front page and detail pages and send them instead, but you must also add the patient's current condition and a photo):
1. Patient's name, sex, age, occupation, and working environment (especially any exposure to pollutants or radioactive materials); 2. patient's workplace, home address, and mobile number; 3. emergency contact (a key relative—spouse, child, parent, sibling—so that family can be reached in an emergency), his or her relationship to the patient, name, and phone; 4. all the patient's examination reports (if the name on any report has been altered, the enquiry will not be answered; if you do not trust this, please consult a physician you trust); 5. dietary habits and any smoking, drinking, or other habits; 6. the patient's personality; 7. the patient's current basic state of eating, drinking, urination, defecation, and sleep; 8. all current symptoms; 9. current height, weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose, plus height, weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose before illness; 10. an overview of all treatments already done and their results; 11. any drug or food allergies; 12. family history of genetic disease, the patient's own underlying diseases, and history of infectious disease; 13. the health status of first-degree relatives—parents, grandparents, siblings; 14. marital and obstetric status (female patients must additionally provide age at menarche and at menopause, and their pregnancy and birth history); 15. one each of a current tongue-coating photo, a face photo, and a short video, taken in natural light; 16. the actual questions you wish to ask—some enquirers supply all the above but never state what they want to know, leaving me unsure what to answer.
I specialize solely in TCM anti-cancer research and provide only consultation related to TCM anti-cancer treatment, nothing else. Each trade has its master; human diseases exceed 25,000 in number, and no one can be expert in all of them. I do only what I am good at—please understand.
I am very busy and often working; please contact me by WeChat first, and I will reply when free. I do not take telephone consultations, so as not to disrupt my normal study and work.
Too many phone calls make it impossible for me to work normally. Except for the severe patients I am actively serving, I do not give out my phone number to anyone—please understand. Patients and families who do have my number, please do not pass it on to others.
To book a voice or video consultation, payment is required in advance. If you must cancel, please tell me ahead of time and I will refund your payment. Thank you for your understanding and support. Wishing you a happy life, good health, and all the best!
