The reason I choose to close WeChat Moments is, first, that I hope to devote myself more deeply to medical research, and second, that I do not want my Moments posts to disturb some WeChat friends.
The road of life is still very long; my medical research and writing will not stop. As long as I am still alive in this world and still have the energy to write, I will certainly keep writing. If you are interested in reading my articles, you will certainly be able to keep reading them; if you are not interested, you will certainly no longer be disturbed by them.
Many readers hope I would open the comments section. Please forgive me that I cannot fully do so for now; I still prefer to move forward on the path of medical research undisturbed, and do not wish to spend too much time and energy maintaining the official account. But I will open the comments function on major holidays so that relatives and friends can greet or joke with one another.
Life is short; forty years of my life have already passed, and the time left in my latter half is very limited, so I will be very stingy with my time. An inch of time is an inch of gold, but even an inch of gold cannot buy an inch of time. For me, the most fearful thing is wasting my years. Although I am ordinary to the point of being insignificant, I do not want to waste my limited time either.
